Williams Equipment Saint Lucia Ltd. will be closing its operations permanently following a Board‑approved decision. A structured 90‑day transition period is now in effect.
Cessation of rental sales: August 31st 2026 ( No delivery or pick up will be facilitated during this period)
Customer Claims Deadline: September 30th , 2026
Final Settlement of Outstanding Balances: October 15th , 2026
Final Day of Operations: October 31st , 2026
Select products will continue to be sold at Caribbean Metals Limited. The complete list will be announced in a separate notification on this page and via social media.

Customer Claims – Final Submission Deadline
Customers who wish to submit claims related to:
- Warranty matters
- Product defects
- Outstanding service issues
- Pre‑closure commitments
must do so no later than September 30th, 2026.
All claims must be submitted in writing and accompanied by proof of purchase. Claims may be delivered in person or via email during the transition period. After September 30th, claims will only be accepted for items that fall under the transferred product categories and will be handled directly by the parent company.
Settlement of Outstanding Balances
All customers with outstanding balances are required to settle their accounts by:
October 15th, 2026
Payments may be made via:
- Direct bank transfer
- In‑office payment
- To the accounts department of Caribbean Metals Limited (referencing Williams Equipment account), following closure of operations.
After October 15th, 2026, all unpaid balances will be transferred to the parent company’s finance department for follow‑up and final settlement.
